# SEO Specialist, Caribbean Water and Filtration Brand **Part time, $200 USD per month** **Flexible schedule with overlap during AST business hours** **Must be able to start immediately** We're a Caribbean focused performance marketing agency running paid social, SEO, and creative for service businesses across the region. We're hiring an SEO specialist to lead organic growth for a client in the water filtration and dispenser space with active markets in Barbados, St Lucia, Jamaica, and Grenada. ## The role You'll own organic search performance for this account end to end. That means keeping technical SEO clean, improving on page optimization, managing Google Business Profiles across four island markets, building authority through backlinks, and reporting weekly on what moved and why. Good looks like target keywords climbing month over month in each market, and organic traffic converting into calls, direction requests, and website leads. ## What you'll own • Run and act on a technical SEO audit, fixing site health issues as they come up • Optimize titles, meta descriptions, and headers across key pages • Manage local SEO and Google Business Profiles for multiple locations per market • Track keyword rankings across all four island markets and flag drops early • Build backlinks and authority signals on a steady monthly cadence • Recommend content and on page changes based on search intent and competitor gaps • Send a clear weekly update covering rankings, traffic, and what's next ## What we're looking for • Incredible written and spoken English, with communication that's clear, direct, and easy to follow • Self sufficient and goal oriented, comfortable owning a search program without needing daily direction • Organized enough to track four markets at once without losing detail • Reads GA4 and Google Search Console data and draws real conclusions from it, not just screenshots • Responsive on whats-app during agreed hours • Comfortable working with a fast paced, growing team where priorities shift • Treats a ranking drop as a diagnostic problem, not a reason to panic or go quiet ## Nice to have • Experience with multi location Google Business Profile management • Google Ads experience • Experience with high ticket, service based businesses • Familiarity with the Caribbean market or working with regional service businesses • Experience with SearchAtlas, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO platforms ## The details • Per job contractor, $200 USD per month • Remote, flexible schedule, but must have real overlap during AST business hours for weekly check ins and fast replies • Reports directly to the account lead • Available to start immediately • This is a single client engagement to start.
