SEO Specialist

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist to help improve the organic performance of multiple state-specific online divorce websites. I will remain involved in the overall strategy and supervision, but I need someone who can independently analyze performance, identify opportunities, implement regular SEO improvements, monitor results, and provide clear reports. Key responsibilities include: * Analyzing website rankings, traffic, conversions, and technical SEO performance * Identifying opportunities for organic growth across multiple websites * Conducting keyword, competitor, content, and search intent research * Planning and executing structured SEO tests * Improving existing pages, landing pages, internal linking, metadata, and site structure * Identifying technical SEO issues and coordinating fixes with developers * Supporting content planning and optimization * Monitoring Google Search Console, GA4, rankings, and lead quality * Reporting what was completed, the results, key findings, and recommended next steps * Proactively suggesting new SEO tests and growth opportunities Experience with lead-generation websites, local or multi-location SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and conversion-focused SEO is preferred. The expected workload is approximately 2 hours per day, with the potential for long-term cooperation.
