Role Overview Seeking a high-level strategist to help dominate local and organic search engine results. Must be very well versed with AI Key Responsibilities Local Map Pack & Geo-Targeted Dominance Map Pack Optimization: Own the strategy for maximum visibility in the Google Local 3-Pack across all client locations. GBP Management: Oversee advanced Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization, including keyword-rich categories, product/service listings, and local posting schedules. Review & Reputation Strategy: Design and execute automated review acquisition strategies to boost local prominence and conversion rates. Proximity & Citations: Manage hyper-local citation building, data aggregator cleanup, and localized landing page structures to win "near me" search intent. SEO Analytics & Data Interpretation Analyze & Diagnose: Routinely audit organic and local performance across client portfolios using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Semrush, and local tracking tools (e.g., BrightLocal, Local Falcon). Translate Data to Strategy: Look past surface metrics to understand why traffic, map views, or keyword rankings shifted, pivoting strategies instantly to protect client visibility. ROI Reporting: AI Integration & Innovation E-E-A-T Quality Control: Ensure all AI-assisted content maintains strict medical accuracy, avoiding AI hallucinations while adhering to Google’s YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) guidelines. Adapt strategies continuously to account for Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE) and AI-driven conversational search engines. Qualifications & Skills Industry Experience: 5+ years of proven experience managing SEO strategies, with a strong background in agency settings or the dental/medical/local service verticals. Local SEO Expertise: Proven track record of successfully ranking multi-location businesses or medical practices in competitive Local Map Packs. AI Literacy: Hands-on experience using generative AI tools to enhance and scale—not just automate—traditional SEO and local marketing workflows. Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of local schema markup (MedicalBusiness, Dentist structures), site architecture, and Core Web Vitals. Analytical Mindset: Advanced proficiency in GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, and local rank tracking/grid-tracking software.
