SEO Team Lead / QA

We’re a US-based AI commerce agency for independent furniture retailers. We’re building an in-house SEO team to manage local SEO, GEO (AI-search visibility), and digital PR across 50+ retail clients, and we need a Team Lead to own quality and reporting. What you’ll do: ● Oversee a small pod of SEO specialists working across 50+ retailers ● Own weekly + monthly reporting (Search Atlas, Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio) ● Run QA: review OTTO / on-page change logs, verify live backlinks/placements, reconcile report data against GSC/GA4 ● Approve or reject automated (OTTO) changes on client sites; set outreach quality standards ● Be the single point of accountability for our account managers You must have: ● 5+ years SEO, including local SEO and link building / digital PR ● Experience managing multiple client accounts and/or a small team ● Hands-on with Search Atlas/OTTO or comparable (Semrush, Ahrefs), GSC, and GA4 ● Fluent written English and strong attention to detail Nice to have: Shopify, GEO / AI-search optimization, furniture or local-retail experience.
