We operate two WordPress websites, a global English site and a regional Arabic site. Our internal team handles all content writing. We are not looking for a writer. We need a strategic SEO and AI visibility partner who can lead our search function and get Elevatus cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. This is not a traditional SEO role. If you are not thinking in prompts and LLM citations, this is not the right fit. What You Will Own GEO and AI Visibility Monthly website and content audit prioritized by AI/LLM impact. Schema markup implementation and corrections. Q&A formatting optimized for AI answer engines. Prompt-based content mapping per country and region. llms.txt implementation and maintenance as a Priority 1 Month 1 deliverable. LLM citation tracking via Profound or equivalent. Manual prompt testing across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude. Content Strategy and Briefs Monthly content briefs for English and Arabic, with quantities to be specified in your proposal. Each brief must include target prompts, primary and secondary keywords, word count, H1/H2/H3 outline, semantic topics, internal linking, schema instructions, AEO/Q&A notes, and CTA guidance. Arabic briefs must be handled by a native Arabic SEO specialist familiar with Saudi and GCC markets. Technical SEO Full technical audit at project start and monthly ongoing using Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and Ahrefs. Hands-on WordPress implementation is required, not just recommendations. Coverage includes indexing, crawlability, 4xx/5xx errors, redirects, canonicals, hreflang, Core Web Vitals, page speed, schema, and heading structure. A shared Google Sheet tracker with status columns is required from Day 1. Keyword Strategy 30 priority transactional keywords distributed across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and the UK. An Arabic keyword set for the GCC market is also required. Baselines must be locked within 5 business days of project start. Our confirmed competitor set is Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, Talentera, and Menaitech. This list must not be modified without our written approval. Backlink Acquisition Minimum DR 40, with DR 60+ preferred, and a Spam Score under 2%. Relevance is strictly limited to HR tech, recruitment, enterprise SaaS, and AI hiring platforms. Pre-approval is required before any outreach and nothing is placed without our sign-off. Your proposal must clearly separate included links from paid add-ons. Community Engagement Strategic non-promotional participation on Reddit in subreddits including r/recruiting, r/humanresources, and r/hrtech. Quora answers on HR and recruitment topics. Monthly volumes must be specified in your proposal. Wikipedia eligibility research is expected if notability criteria are met. Reporting Monthly performance report covering all KPIs. Bi-weekly KPI sheet annotation with written commentary on performance trends and recommended actions. AI visibility snapshots showing prompt appearances and citation counts. KPIs We Track Demo requests via GA4 are our primary business KPI. We also track organic traffic, clicks, impressions, average position, and CTR from Google Search Console. Keyword rankings for 30 priority keywords per market, Arabic keyword rankings for GCC, AI Overview appearances, LLM citations across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude, and backlinks acquired monthly. You Must Have Proven SEO results for B2B SaaS or HR tech with case studies to share. Real GEO and AEO execution experience, not just familiarity with the concept. Arabic SEO capability through a native speaker or a dedicated Arabic specialist on your team. GCC market knowledge. Hands-on WordPress technical implementation capability. A named account lead who attends all weekly calls and remains the primary contact throughout the engagement. Transparent reporting with shared live trackers. Ways of Working Weekly check-in calls, 4 per month at 30 to 45 minutes each. Agenda shared 24 hours in advance with notes sent within 24 hours post-call.
