# AI-SEO and PPC Management Specialist ## Overview We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist or small agency to manage both **AI-focused SEO** and **paid advertising campaigns** for multiple B2B clients. The right candidate will be able to improve visibility in traditional search engines while also increasing the likelihood that client content is discovered, cited, or referenced by AI-powered search platforms such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative search tools. You will also manage paid campaigns across: * Google Ads * Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram This is an ongoing engagement for someone who can combine strategy, execution, analysis, and clear client reporting. ## Scope of Work ### AI-SEO and Organic Search Responsibilities may include: * Conduct keyword, competitor, topic, and search-intent research * Identify opportunities for traditional SEO and AI-powered search visibility * Develop content briefs and recommendations for articles, landing pages, pillar pages, and supporting content * Optimize existing website pages and articles * Improve page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, schema, and on-page SEO * Recommend content structures that make information easier for search engines and AI platforms to understand * Identify content gaps, citation opportunities, and authority-building opportunities * Review Google Search Console and GA4 data * Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and AI-search visibility * Recommend technical SEO improvements * Coordinate with writers, web developers, and marketing leadership * Provide a clear monthly action plan and performance report ### PPC Management Responsibilities may include: * Review and audit existing advertising accounts * Build and manage Google Search, Display, remarketing, or Performance Max campaigns when appropriate * Build and manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns * Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research * Develop campaign structures, targeting, ad copy, and creative recommendations * Establish conversion tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager * Review landing pages and recommend conversion improvements * Monitor search terms, negative keywords, audiences, bids, budgets, and campaign performance * Conduct ongoing testing of messaging, targeting, creative, and landing pages * Improve cost per lead, conversion rate, lead quality, and return on ad spend * Provide monthly reporting with clear explanations and recommendations The advertising budget will be paid separately by the client and is not included in the management fee. ## Required Experience Please apply only if you have demonstrated experience with: * B2B SEO and content strategy * Generative Engine Optimization, Answer Engine Optimization, or AI-search visibility * Google Search Console * Google Analytics 4 * Google Tag Manager * Google Ads * Facebook and Instagram advertising * Conversion tracking and attribution * WordPress websites * Landing-page optimization * Monthly reporting and performance analysis Experience marketing technical, industrial, software, professional-services, or complex B2B companies is strongly preferred. ## Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate: * Thinks strategically but is also willing to perform the work * Understands that AI-SEO is more than inserting keywords or producing generic AI-written articles * Can explain why specific recommendations are being made * Understands B2B lead quality, long sales cycles, and lower-volume conversion environments * Is comfortable working with multiple client accounts * Communicates clearly and responds promptly * Can identify problems without waiting to be told what to investigate * Uses AI tools responsibly without relying on unedited, low-quality AI output * Can collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and client stakeholders ## Deliverables Typical monthly deliverables may include: * SEO and AI-search opportunity analysis * Keyword and topic recommendations * Content briefs or page optimization recommendations * On-page SEO updates * Technical SEO recommendations * Google and Meta campaign management * Campaign testing and optimization * Conversion-tracking review * Monthly performance report * Prioritized recommendations for the next month Specific deliverables and hours will be agreed upon for each client. ## Application Requirements Please include: 1.
