Issue: External users are unable to connect to the SFTP portal from the internet using WinSCP. The connection times out on TCP port 22. What Works: SFTP works internally from inside the network The SFTP server, Active Directory integration, and folder structure are all functioning Environment: SFTP server hosted internally
