UI SFX for kids mobile game

# Sound Designer for Kids Coloring App (iOS) We are looking for an experienced Sound Designer with a strong portfolio in mobile casual games, children's apps, or early education products. The project is a small coloring game for children aged 2–5. The game is nearly complete, but the current sound effects are temporary placeholders and need a professional sound pass. ## Responsibilities ### 1. Audio Review * Play the provided TestFlight build on iPhone and/or iPad. * Review all existing sound effects and overall audio feedback. * Provide recommendations for improvements, replacements, additions, or removals. ### 2. Sound Design * Create, redesign, or replace all sound effects in the game. * Consolidate sounds where appropriate or introduce additional sounds when they improve the user experience. * Ensure every sound serves a clear gameplay or UI purpose. ### 3. Audio Consistency * Create a cohesive audio style across the entire application. * Ensure consistent volume, quality, tone, and production standards. * Deliver a polished and professional audio experience. ### 4. Interaction Feedback * Match sound effects to the type of interaction and its intensity. * Make interactions feel responsive, satisfying, and intuitive. ### 5. Child-Friendly Design * Design sounds specifically for very young children (ages 2–5). * Sounds should be soft, positive, playful, and never harsh or startling. * Frequently repeated sounds must remain pleasant even after hundreds of repetitions. * Audio should complement the colorful, friendly visual style of the app. ## Requirements * Experience creating sound effects for mobile games or children's applications. * Access to both an iPhone and an iPad for testing. * Ability to work iteratively based on feedback. ## Deliverables * Individual WAV files for all final sound effects. * Clearly organized file structure and naming convention. * Documentation describing which sound belongs to which game event (simple spreadsheet or document is sufficient). ## Workflow 1. We provide a TestFlight build. 2. You review the game and submit an audio improvement proposal. 3. You create the first sound package. 4. We integrate the sounds and provide a new build for review. 5. We iterate until the audio quality and overall feel meet the project's goals. When applying, please include: * Relevant portfolio examples. * Examples of work for mobile games, casual games, or children's products. * Brief description of your sound design process.
