SMM / AI Content Creator for New Media Project - Facebook, Instagram, Telegram & YouTube Shorts

We are Varzar, and we are building a next-generation media project from scratch. We are looking for a part-time SMM / AI Content Creator who can help us launch and grow our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube Shorts. The project will focus on short daily news and content around the TV industry, News, AI technologies, media industry, streaming, US news, and digital trends. We are looking for someone who is not only able to create and publish content, but also recommend the best content strategy for growing our channels. Main platforms: Facebook — content in English Telegram — content in Russian Instagram — news posts, Reels, Stories YouTube Shorts — short video content The Instagram language/content format can be discussed with the specialist. We are open to expert recommendations: English videos with Russian subtitles, Russian videos with English subtitles, or another format that would work best for our target audience. What you will do: Create and publish short daily news/content for Telegram Prepare and publish Stories Create content for Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube Shorts Adapt the same topic for different platforms and languages Create short Reels/Shorts based on the same topics Research relevant news and trends independently Use AI tools to speed up and improve content creation Write original copy with proper copyright compliance Avoid copy-paste and make sure all content is rewritten/adapted properly Suggest content ideas, formats, and improvements for channel growth Help us define the right posting schedule and content strategy Expected workload: Daily Telegram/news activity Regular Instagram Stories Main content/posts around 2–3 times per week Reels/Shorts on a regular basis Part-time format, long-term cooperation We are open to discussing the exact schedule with the right specialist. Requirements: Proven experience in SMM / content creation Strong experience using AI tools for content creation Ability to create short-form video content: Reels, Shorts, Stories Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, SYNTX AI, Higgsfield, Canva, CapCut, Runway, Descript, OpusClip, or similar tools Fluent Russian English level B2 or higher Ability to write clean, engaging, and original copy Understanding of copyright rules and responsible content adaptation Ability to work independently and suggest improvements Portfolio or examples of previous SMM/video/content work Nice to have: Experience with media/news projects Experience launching social media channels from scratch Understanding of AI, tech, media, or US news topics Experience growing Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, or YouTube Shorts channels Please include in your proposal: Your SMM/content creation experience Examples of social media accounts or content you worked on Examples of Reels/Shorts/videos you created AI tools you use in your workflow Your experience with Russian and English content Your hourly rate or monthly part-time rate Your recommendation on how you would start growing these channels from scratch We are looking for a long-term collaboration with the right person.
