SMM for Instagram and LinkedIn for Language School - Based in Turkey (Fixed Monthly Budget)

About Us: We are a newly established French tutoring and language center based in Istanbul. We provide premium educational support for students in francophone schools and language courses for professionals. Role Description: We are looking for a reliable, creative, and organized Social Media Manager based in Turkey to handle our Instagram and LinkedIn presence. Key Responsibilities: Create a weekly content calendar (3 posts and 2 stories per week) focusing on French learning, school tips, and corporate courses. Deliver all weekly content drafts (visuals + captions) every Friday for review and scheduling. Write captions in Turkish (primary target) and in English/French. Requirements: Must be based in Turkey and speak fluent Turkish (native preferred). Intermediate or fluent level in English or French to communicate with the founder. Strict respect for deadlines and delivery schedules (this is non-negotiable). Budget & Working Style: This is a Fixed-Price contract with a budget of $200 to $250 per month (paid via weekly or monthly milestones on Upwork). Note for the future: This contract will start on Upwork. However, as our school grows and settles administratively in Istanbul, there will be an opportunity to transition this role into an official, legal part-time salaried position with local social security (SGK) benefits, if interested.
