SOP & Workflow Specialist — Credit Repair & Business Funding Operations

SOP & Workflow Specialist Needed for Credit Repair / Business Funding Company (Employee Scripts + Process Documentation) Job Description We’re a growing credit repair and business funding company looking for an experienced SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) specialist to build out our core operational workflows from the ground up. This isn’t a “write a few documents and disappear” gig. We need someone who can translate how our business actually runs into clear, repeatable, employee-ready systems — including the exact scripts and instructions our team will use every day with clients and leads. You’ll be responsible for: • Mapping and documenting end-to-end workflows for credit repair operations (client onboarding, dispute process, credit analysis, follow-up cadences, client communication) • Mapping and documenting workflows for business funding operations (lead intake, funding application process, lender submission, client updates, funding follow-through) • Writing employee call scripts and communication scripts for sales, client onboarding, and customer service interactions • Creating step-by-step instruction guides for each role/position, written so a new hire could follow them with minimal training • Building process flowcharts or visual workflow maps to accompany written SOPs • Identifying gaps or inefficiencies in current processes and recommending improvements • Organizing all documentation into a clean, easy-to-navigate SOP library/manual What we’re looking for: • Proven experience creating SOPs, training manuals, or operational documentation for service-based businesses (credit repair, financial services, sales orgs, or similar preferred) • Strong writing skills — able to turn a conversation about “how we do things” into clear, professional written procedures • Experience writing scripts for phone/sales/customer service teams • Comfortable interviewing stakeholders (that’s me) to extract process knowledge • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to structure complex operations into simple steps • Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Notion, ClickUp, or similar for documentation delivery • Bonus: experience in credit repair, business funding, financial services, or regulated industries Project scope: We’ll start with an initial workflow (credit repair OR business funding — to be discussed) as a paid trial project. Based on quality and fit, this can grow into an ongoing engagement covering additional departments as we continue to scale. To apply, please include: 1.
