Trainual Implementation & SOP Development for Growing Commercial Cleaning Company We are seeking an experienced Trainual implementation specialist to help build and organize our company’s operating system. We own a fast growing commercial cleaning company. Our goal is to create a scalable business by documenting our processes, improving onboarding, and reducing reliance on key individuals. Project Scope We are looking for someone who can: - Design and organize our Trainual account from the ground up. - Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Interview our leadership team to capture existing processes. - Convert existing documents, notes, and workflows into professional SOPs. - Create training modules, checklists, quizzes, and role-based learning paths. - Organize SOPs by department and position. - Recommend best practices for structuring Trainual to support future growth. - Help establish a system for maintaining and updating documentation over time. Our Business We provide commercial cleaning services throughout the Kansas City area, including: - Multifamily apartment communities - Commercial properties - Construction cleaning - Carpet cleaning and Floor care - Junk Removal Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who has: - Extensive experience implementing Trainual. - Experience creating SOPs for service-based businesses (commercial cleaning, HVAC, landscaping, pest control, plumbing, etc). - Strong business writing and process documentation skills. - Excellent communication skills. - The ability to identify process improvements rather than simply documenting existing workflows. - Experience working with rapidly growing companies.
