We're dealing with an issue I think you'd be well-suited to help with. We're seeing log entries like this in our SQL Server environment: FlushCache: cleaned up 1153918 bufs with 102676 writes in 68446 ms (avoided 71188 new dirty bufs) for db 5:0 This is pointing us toward aggressive checkpoint behavior, high write I/O, and likely a buffer pool or storage configuration issue — but we want an expert set of eyes before we start making changes. Specifically, we're hoping for: - A root cause assessment - Wait stats review and I/O subsystem analysis - Configuration recommendations (memory, checkpoint settings, etc.) - Guidance on any remediation steps This would be a paid contract engagement — project-based to start, with potential for an ongoing relationship if it's a good fit.
