STR Designer Needed for Floor Plan, Shopping List, Amenities & Interior Design

I’m looking for an STR / Airbnb-focused interior designer to help create a practical design package for a mountain property. The goal is to elevate an empty home with a clear Hygge Scandinavian cabin vibe: warm, cozy, calm, natural, elevated, and photo-ready. The design should feel like a modern mountain retreat, inviting gathering spaces and premium-looking without a luxury-level budget. Time to launch matters, so the plan should prioritize high visual impact, practical sourcing, and efficient execution. I need help with: * Floor plan and furniture layout * Room-by-room interior design direction * STR amenity planning * Furniture, décor, lighting, rugs, bedding, and finish recommendations * Detailed shopping list with links, quantities, dimensions, and budget-conscious alternatives * Material and finish recommendations Two important areas need special planning: 1. Basement Workout Center I’m finishing the basement and want to create a small boutique-style workout center, not a full gym. 2. Loft Flex Area I want the loft to become an intentional guest feature that can function as a writer’s nook, remote work area for one person, and board game area for 2–4 people. It should feel cozy, useful, photogenic, and not like leftover space. The final deliverable should be practical enough for me to make decisions, source items, brief contractors, and move quickly toward launch. I’m not looking for only a mood board. I need a design plan that balances visual appeal, guest experience, durability, cost control, and speed.
