Stand up and optimize back end platforms and processes / SOPs (for operations, guest communications, and vendor management) for Short Term Rental business. Primary Platforms: Hostaway, AirBnB, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, Hoper, Webflow, Stripe, Direct Booking Site, Google Drive, Enso Connect, Notion Detail oriented, Proven execution experience in STR, good communication, accountable and will manage and own tasks to completion, automation / condition settings in Hostaway / Enso Connect, strong collaboration with owner/host and broader team
