AI SaaS App for Executives

We're building a real AI SaaS mobile app for iOS and Android that's aimed at CTOs, CEOs, and sharp folks in eCommerce, marketing, and fitness/sports. The idea is simple: put powerful data-driven insights, predictive analytics, and smart recommendations straight into their pocket so they can actually make better calls on the fly. We're looking for a solid mobile dev who can own the full Android and iOS side and ship a fast, clean, delightful app that doesn't feel like yet another clunky enterprise tool. What the role actually looks like: - Collaborate with Ongoing-Platform Developers, so strong team combi experience is needed. - Build and ship features across both platforms (native Kotlin/Swift preferred, but strong Flutter or React Native works if the UI/UX and performance are top notch) - Hook up our AI backend - REST/GraphQL calls, real-time updates, on-device ML where it makes sense (Core ML, TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit - whatever fits) - Turn complex dashboards and recommendations into buttery-smooth, responsive screens that load fast and feel intuitive - Obsess over performance, battery, offline support, and all the little mobile gotchas that actually matter - Work tight with backend, data science, design, and product to ship fast and iterate on real user feedback What you need: - Proven experience shipping production Android and iOS apps people actually use - Comfortable with state management, auth, push notifications, deep linking, and data-heavy flows - Strong on mobile security, testing (unit + UI), CI/CD, and getting things through App Store and Play Store without drama - Nice-to-have: any mobile ML experience or building analytics-heavy apps before Look, this isn't a chill 9-5 where everything is perfectly planned. Things move fast, priorities flip, and yeah, you might spend an afternoon debugging why one specific Android tablet renders a chart weird.
