SaaS Architecture Consultant Needed

We are looking for an experienced architecture consultant to review our SaaS design before we build it, then run workshop sessions with our team to go through the findings together. Nothing is in production, the work is at the diagram and decision stage, and we want a second opinion before we commit to it. Context: we are designing a multi-tenant SaaS as a modular monolith, with planned boundaries between product modules, integrations, and platform capabilities, meant to be enforced by dependency rules once we start building. We want someone who can stress-test these diagrams and decisions and tell us honestly where the design holds and where it will not. What we need from you: 10+ years of hands-on experience in SaaS and multi-tenant architecture, not just familiarity with the patterns on a whiteboard. Experience with modular monoliths and monolith-to-microservices transitions matters a lot here, specifically the judgment to tell a real module boundary from a decorative one before any code exists to prove it either way. Background in tenant isolation patterns, event-driven boundaries, and SaaS billing/credits models is a plus, since that part of our system is still being designed. Scope of work, both parts matter equally. First, a review of our diagrams and design document: the module boundaries, the dependency rules we plan to enforce, and the places where the design already shows strain on paper. Second, and just as important, live workshop sessions with the team to go through that review together, not a report handed over and read later, but a working session where we go through the findings, argue the tradeoffs, and land on decisions. This is a short, scoped engagement, not an ongoing role - a review pass plus a small number of workshop sessions. Hours and timeline are flexible and open to discussion once we agree on scope.
