SaaS B2B Product Redesign (UI/UX + New Features)

We've been operating in the agriculture industry for over 12 years and have been using our own SaaS platform to manage day-to-day operations. Over the past year, our business has expanded significantly, and our existing platform no longer reflects the way we work today. We're looking for an experienced UI/UX designer (or team) to redesign the product and help us introduce several new features into the current workflow. This is not a project built from scratch, we already have a working product with active users. The goal is to modernize the interface, improve usability, simplify complex workflows, and design new modules that fit naturally into the existing system. I'm not a technical founder, so I'm looking for someone who can understand our business, challenge ideas when needed, and propose thoughtful UX solutions rather than simply redesigning screens.
