SaaS/ERP consultant, product manager, solutions architect

We are building a customized ERP/SaaS system on Odoo. In a previous phase, development moved forward without a complete specification process, which led to rework, confusion, and difficulty validating requirements and UX decisions. Most of the business vision, have already been documented, and screened. I am looking for a highly experienced SaaS/ERP product consultant who has successfully guided complex software projects from idea to production multiple times. I need someone who understands the complete product-development process BRDs, mockups, HTML prototypes, and process flows. and can identify gaps, challenge assumptions, recommend the right deliverables at each stage (requirements, workflows, wireframes, UX, specifications, testing, rollout, etc.), and keep the project on a proven path. I am not looking for someone who performs UX, UI, or development. I am looking for an experienced advisor who can help determine what comes next, review completed work, maintain quality standards, and help ensure the final product is simple, scalable, user-friendly, and successfully delivered.
