We are building a B2B SaaS platform for customer communication automation, including website chat, AI chatbots, lead generation, customer service automation and Voice AI. We are looking for an experienced SaaS marketing specialist who can help us sharpen our positioning, define the right target audience and build a clear go-to-market approach. The goal is not just to create nice marketing text. We need someone who understands how to turn an AI SaaS product into clear business value for potential customers. What we need help with SaaS positioning and messaging Ideal customer profile definition Website and landing page structure Lead generation strategy LinkedIn and outbound messaging Demo funnel improvement Use case and case study structure Clear communication of ROI and business value Positioning of Voice AI use cases for customer service and sales Product context Our platform helps companies automate customer conversations through, website chat, AI chatbots and Voice AI. Typical use cases are customer service automation, appointment scheduling, FAQ automation, lead qualification, inbound call automation, missed call handling, call routing and handover to human agents. Target customers are mainly small and medium-sized businesses in Europe, with a strong focus on practical business value, GDPR, operational efficiency and faster customer response times. Ideal candidate You should have experience with: B2B SaaS marketing Early-stage SaaS positioning AI tools and automation products Lead generation Conversion-focused messaging LinkedIn or outbound campaigns Creating simple and clear value propositions Experience with AI chatbots, WA Business API, Voice AI, conversational AI, call center automation or customer service software would be a strong plus. Deliverables In the first step, we would like to receive: A clear positioning statement ICP definition Website / landing page improvement suggestions Lead generation strategy Example LinkedIn and outbound messages Voice AI use case positioning Suggestions for demo and sales funnel structure Budget Open to hourly or fixed price.
