We are building BuildHub AI — a bilingual (Arabic & English) AI-powered construction lifecycle management platform for the UAE market. The platform connects property owners, consultants (architects, engineers), and contractors on a single end-to-end system that manages everything from AI feasibility reports through to project completion and handover. Think of it as the construction industry's equivalent of a marketplace + project management tool + AI assistant — all in one platform. We have a finalized Product Requirements Document (PRD). We are looking for an experienced team to take ownership of the build and deliver a production-ready platform. The full platform across 14 product modules: Module 1: AI Feasibility Engine AI-generated floor plans, 3D renders, cost estimates, BOQ drafts, financial analysis, and PDF reports — delivered in under 60 seconds. Module 2: Consultant Marketplace Profiles, search, AI matching, proposal management, and award workflow for architects and engineers. Module 3: Contractor Marketplace Profiles, bid management, AI matching, and contractor award workflow. Module 4: Project Management Workspace Full project workspace: overview, proposals, contracts, BOQ, claims, RFIs, progress tracking, drawings, and messaging. Module 5: BOQ & Cost Management Bill of Quantities creation (manual + AI + Excel import), budget tracking, cost dashboard, savings management, and budget transfer workflow. Module 6: Claims Management Three-party claim workflow (contractor → consultant → owner), payment certificates, status tracking. Module 7: Change Orders Scope, cost, and schedule change management with approval workflow. Module 8: Contract Management Auto-generated contracts, e-signature support, audit trail, full version history. Module 9: Drawing & Document Management Upload, version control, revision history, approval workflows. Module 10: RFI Management Formal RFI workflow between contractor, consultant, and owner with tracking. Module 11: Verification & Trust System Admin-reviewed professional verification with trade license, insurance, and certification checks. Module 12: Reputation System Star ratings across five categories, written reviews, achievement badges. Module 13: Notifications & Messaging In-app notifications, email notifications (localized), and real-time project chat.
