AI SaaS Product Beta Tester

We are building an AI-powered creator discovery platform that helps brands, agencies, and e-commerce teams find and analyze influencers across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. We are looking for a detail-oriented AI SaaS Product Beta Tester to help us validate our product before public launch. You will use the product as a real user, test key workflows, identify issues, evaluate search quality, and provide actionable feedback to improve the product experience. This role is ideal for people interested in AI tools, creator marketing, influencer research, social media growth, or SaaS products. Responsibilities Test Chrome extension features and user workflows Test creator search and filtering functions Evaluate the quality and relevance of AI-generated creator recommendations Check creator data accuracy (followers, engagement, category, location, contact information, etc.) Test different use cases across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Identify bugs, confusing UX flows, and improvement opportunities Record clear feedback with screenshots/videos when needed Participate in weekly product feedback sessions Suggest improvements from a real user's perspective Requirements Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) Familiar with TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, or influencer marketing Strong attention to detail Able to explain problems clearly Comfortable testing new software products Basic English reading ability is preferred Bonus: Experience in:TikTok Shop E-commerce Influencer marketing Digital marketing agency Brand marketing What We Offer Early access to an AI SaaS product Opportunity to influence product development Flexible part-time schedule Paid testing opportunities Potential long-term collaboration as a product advisor or user ambassador Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Enjoys trying new AI products Likes finding problems and improving products Understands how creators and brands work together Can provide honest feedback instead of simply saying "it works"
