We are seeking a skilled freelancer to develop comprehensive support and onboarding guides for our SaaS platform. We already have the first few graphics created using the AI tool scribe. We need every possible user action/feature turned into a guide and organized so we can create our how to/support page. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating user-friendly documentation that enhances the user experience. Responsibilities include crafting clear, concise guides that address common user queries and facilitate smooth onboarding. Strong communication and technical writing skills are essential.
