# BridgeOpsOne Website Design Project ## Overview I am the founder of BridgeOpsOne, an operations-focused platform built for NOCs, SOCs, Data Centers, MSPs, and Infrastructure Operations teams. BridgeOpsOne helps operators transform rough technical notes into professional incident updates, executive summaries, timeline entries, and operational communications. The platform is designed to improve communication during operational incidents and reduce the time spent creating updates for leadership, customers, and internal teams. In addition to the platform, BridgeOpsOne is launching a library of hands-on troubleshooting labs focused on real-world operational incidents. These labs are realistic troubleshooting scenarios designed to simulate operational incidents and outages. Users receive a scenario guide and must investigate and resolve the issue using industry-standard troubleshooting techniques.
