Role Summary We are seeking driven and results-oriented Sales Executive - Government Contracting to help us grow through government bids and purchase orders. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with procurement officers, and closing deals for product procurement contracts. If you know how to hustle on the phone and via email — and thrive in a fast-paced environment — we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Identify and pursue new government contracting opportunities • Build and maintain relationships with procurement officers and purchasing agents • Respond to RFQs and bids via government platforms such as SAM.gov, Cal eProcure, etc. • Track leads, bids, and sales performance through our CRM system • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth contract fulfillment Qualifications • Previous experience in sales, procurement, or government contracting preferred • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong work ethic and self-motivation to perform in a remote setup • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus • Having existing government procurement contacts is an advantage Compensation includes • Base Salary • Performance Bonus Work Environment • 100% Remote (must have reliable work-from-home setup) • Flexible schedule — results matter more than hours • Write "I want this job" on the email subject line. • “You get out what you put in” culture: work hard, win big • Autonomy and accountability go hand in hand • Be part of a growing, collaborative, high-energy team Technical Requirements • Stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps download/upload on fiber connection) • Backup internet (LTE mobile data or pocket Wi-Fi) • Laptop or desktop with Intel i5 equivalent or higher, 8GB RAM • Quality headset with noise-canceling microphone • Functional webcam What’s Next 1.
