# Sales Admin / Research Assistant (Monthly Retainer) I'm looking for an experienced Sales Admin / Research Assistant to support my outbound sales process on an ongoing monthly basis. This is **not** a cold calling or sales role. Your job is to research companies, identify commercially relevant information, and summarise your findings in a structured spreadsheet. The quality of your research directly impacts the quality of my outbound messaging, so accuracy and attention to detail are essential. I will provide a list of company names, websites and LinkedIn company pages. For each company, I need you to research and complete the following. ## Company research Research and provide information where available on: * Funding history * Investors * Acquisitions * Recent product launches * Expansion into new countries * New office locations * Awards and industry recognition * Press releases * AI initiatives * Strategic partnerships Please include links to your sources wherever possible. ## Commercial triggers Identify any recent events that could create a reason for outreach, including: * Funding * Leadership changes * Hiring growth * Acquisitions * Mergers * Product launches * International expansion * CRM migration * Technology changes * AI announcements * New partnerships * Industry events * Awards ## Useful commercial insights If you identify anything that could help a salesperson start a relevant conversation, include it. Examples include: * Rapid business growth * New marketing leadership * Major website redesign * Expansion into enterprise * New go-to-market strategy * Significant investment in AI * Customer experience issues * Strong growth signals * Any notable business change that could indicate a review of systems or processes ## Final commercial summary For every company, provide: * Three commercial observations about the business. * Three possible business challenges they may currently be facing. * Three reasons why they might consider reviewing their CRM, sales, marketing or customer platform within the next 12 months. These should be logical, commercially grounded observations based on the research. Do not invent facts or make unsupported claims. ## Requirements * Excellent online research skills. * Strong written English. * Able to identify commercially relevant information, not just collect facts. * Comfortable working independently. * High attention to detail. * Able to provide source links for important findings. * Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams is preferred. This is an ongoing monthly role. Up to £300 / $400 monthly Accuracy, consistency and commercial thinking are far more important than speed.
