##Job Description I am looking for an experienced Sales Agent / Business Development Partner who can help generate, develop, and close qualified consulting leads for IT Audit, IT GRC, cybersecurity compliance, ISO 27001, IT risk, data privacy, and related advisory services. This role is suitable for someone who understands B2B and B2C sales, professional services selling, lead generation, client outreach, and business development. The main objective is not only to find leads, but to help convert them into client meetings, proposals, and signed engagements. The ideal person should be proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable approaching decision-makers such as CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Heads of IT, Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk, and Information Security teams. ##Services to Be Sold The services include: IT Internal Audit IT GRC Advisory ISO 27001 Gap Assessment and Implementation Support Cybersecurity Compliance Review IT Risk Assessment COBIT-based IT Governance Review Data Privacy and Compliance Support Healthcare IT and Regulatory Compliance Advisory IT Policies, Procedures, and Control Framework Development Audit Readiness and Compliance Documentation Support ##Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified B2B leads for IT audit, GRC, cybersecurity, compliance, and risk advisory services. Approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, Upwork, freelance platforms, business networks, referrals, and partnership channels. Develop target client lists across UAE, GCC, UK, US, Canada, and other international markets. Support initial client communication, outreach messages, discovery call coordination, and proposal positioning. Identify relevant business opportunities on Upwork and other platforms and assist in preparing strong proposal responses. Help convert leads into discovery calls, client meetings, and signed consulting engagements. Maintain a structured lead tracker with client name, contact person, status, follow-up date, opportunity size, and next action. Suggest strategic partnership opportunities with audit firms, IT companies, cybersecurity firms, ERP consultants, SaaS companies, and compliance advisory firms. ##Compensation Model This opportunity is based on a mutually agreed commission / percentage share model. Payment will be made only after the client payment is received. If the client pays by milestones, the resource will be paid according to the same milestone payment cycle. If the client pays project-wise, the resource will be paid after the project payment is received. If the client pays monthly, in phases, or by retainer, the agreed share will be paid after each corresponding client payment is received. The final percentage share and payment terms will be discussed and agreed in advance. ##To Apply, Please Share Your experience in B2B and B2C sales or lead generation for IT, cybersecurity, audit, GRC, ISO, SaaS, ERP, or consulting services. Examples of previous leads, campaigns, outreach messages, or sales results, if available. Your preferred compensation model or expected percentage share. Any experience in converting consulting or professional services leads into client meetings or signed projects. I am looking for a serious, long-term business development partner who can help build a consistent pipeline of qualified consulting opportunities.
