About the Role We are a boutique digital agency looking for a reliable, professional, client-facing sales and project management partner to help manage new business opportunities and ongoing client communication. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling both sales and client operations. You will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, performing outbound prospecting, following up with leads, booking and attending client calls, helping close deals, and keeping client communication organized inside our client portal. We are looking for someone who can represent the agency professionally, communicate clearly, and help turn prospects into happy clients. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: * Responding to inbound sales inquiries from potential clients * Performing outbound prospecting to identify and contact qualified leads * Following up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, Upwork, or other approved channels * Scheduling and joining discovery calls with potential clients * Helping qualify leads, understand client needs, and move deals toward closing * Communicating our agency’s services clearly and professionally * Preparing or assisting with proposals, scopes, and next-step summaries * Managing client communication during active projects * Joining client update calls when needed * Logging client notes, requests, updates, and action items into our client portal * Coordinating with our design, development, and marketing team to keep projects moving * Ensuring clients feel informed, supported, and professionally managed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate has experience with digital agency sales, web design, development, branding, SEO, marketing, or related services. You should be comfortable speaking with business owners, founders, and marketing teams. You do not need to be a designer or developer, but you should be able to understand common digital agency services and communicate them clearly. Requirements * Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal * Experience in sales, business development, account management, or client-facing project management * Experience working with a digital agency, creative agency, web design company, SaaS company, or marketing agency preferred * Comfortable with discovery calls and client-facing meetings * Organized and detail-oriented * Able to follow up consistently without being pushy * Comfortable using client portals, CRMs, project management tools, and shared documents * Able to summarize client calls into clear notes, tasks, and next steps * Professional, trustworthy, and reliable Nice to Have * Experience selling web design, Webflow, Shopify, branding, SEO, PPC, CRO, or digital marketing services * Experience using tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar platforms * Experience creating proposals or estimates * Existing outbound sales process or lead generation experience * Ability to help improve our sales scripts, follow-up process, and client onboarding flow Compensation We are open to hourly, commission-based, or a hybrid structure depending on experience.
