Job Brief — Manufacturers Sales Agent | India Company: Quest Semi Location: India (Remote / Field-based) Type: Independent Sales Agent / Commission-based About Quest Semi Quest Semi is an Australian semiconductor company supplying high-performance power semiconductors — including SiC MOSFETs, SiC Schottky diodes, Si MOSFETs, IGBTs, and high-voltage SiC devices up to 10kV — to manufacturers, distributors, and OEMs worldwide. The Role We are seeking a driven and well-connected Manufacturers Sales Agent based in India to develop and grow Quest Semi's presence across the Indian market. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential for the right individual. Responsibilities Identify and approach electronics manufacturers, OEMs, EMS companies, and distributors across India Promote and sell Quest Semi's full product range Generate leads, manage customer relationships, and close orders Provide market intelligence on pricing, competition, and customer requirements Coordinate with Quest Semi's technical team on design-in support and product qualification Requirements Proven experience in semiconductor, electronics component, or power electronics sales in India Established network of contacts across Indian OEMs, EMS, or electronics distributors Strong technical understanding of power semiconductors preferred Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently Fluent English; additional regional languages an advantage What We Offer Competitive commission structure on all sales generated Full product training and technical support Exclusive or defined territory arrangements for the right candidate Direct access to Quest Semi's engineering and commercial team To Apply Send your CV and a brief introduction
