Sales Appointment Setter / Call Handler - Epoxy Flooring Company (Full-Time)

We are epoxy flooring company delivering high-quality coating solutions to residential and commercial clients. We're growing and need a driven, sales-minded individual to be the first voice our customers hear. Role Overview You will be the first point of contact for all incoming calls. Every lead, every inquiry, every potential client goes through you. Your job is to answer calls, qualify leads, follow up consistently, and book appointments with our estimators. This role requires someone who can sell, stay organized across multiple systems, and represent our brand professionally on every call. What You'll Be Doing Answering ALL inbound calls for the company Following up with leads from Google and Meta ad campaigns Qualifying prospects and scheduling appointments with our estimators Managing and tracking leads across multiple platforms (training provided) Maintaining accurate notes and updates after every interaction Saturday availability required when needed What We're Looking For Highly fluent English speaker with a strong, confident phone presence Proven experience in sales, call handling, or appointment setting Someone who knows how to sell, not just take messages Extremely organized and able to manage leads from multiple systems simultaneously Willing to learn epoxy flooring products and our full sales process Reliable, professional, and consistent with follow-ups Training & Onboarding You will go through three structured training sessions before handling calls independently: Sales process and product knowledge Google lead management and workflow Meta lead management and workflow We take onboarding seriously. You will be fully equipped before going live.
