About Us At PPS, we partner with underrepresented subject-matter experts to increase their visibility and get more sales meetings booked by leveraging the power of Other People's Podcasts (OPP). We believe in creating a multi-channel marketing strategy for our clients that simply starts with podcast guesting. We believe that podcasting is the future, and that strategic storytelling is the new way to “sell” on podcasts without being sales-y. We help brilliant minds who have been historically overlooked transform podcast appearances into more than just good conversations. They become converting conversations. Put simply, our mission is to ensure that expert voices that should be heard get the platform, recognition, and get paid as their expertise deserves. Responsibilities Outbound Execution Validate qualified prospects Maintain organized lead lists in GHL / Google Sheet / ClickUp Send 400+ outbound messages per week across: Email LinkedIn DM (or other approved platforms) Follow approved messaging frameworks and brand voice Personalize messaging beyond first name, no copy-paste nonsense Engagement & Responsiveness Track and respond to replies within 24 business hours Flag warm leads and positive responses immediately Book or hand off interested leads to CEO Process & Communication Daily activity updates in ClickUp Clean documentation of outreach status Professional, timely communication with the team Quality Standards Messaging is clear, respectful, and conversion-aware No spammy messaging or behavior Feedback is implemented quickly Compensation: $500 USD per month for at least 40 hours of work per week. Performance Bonuses: You may be eligible for bonuses based on content that directly results in: Qualified sales call bookings New client signing directly tied to sales activity Bonus criteria and amounts will be outlined separately and are issued at the sole discretion of the Company. Qualifications Required: 2+ years of sales experience in a creative agency, marketing, or media environment Proven experience with project management tools (ClickUp preferred) Experience with podcasting, PR, or digital marketing Familiarity working with remote teams and vendors Process improvement mindset Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, ever-changing environments Personality Traits: Self-starter with initiative and drive Calm under pressure and solution-oriented Collaborative, positive attitude, and coachable Integrates feedback received How to Apply Submit your resume and a video.
