Sales Assistant

True Native Media is one of the leading podcast advertising agencies in the industry, connecting brands with some of the most influential podcast creators and networks. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to help our sales team build client proposals, manage campaign details, and support the sales process from opportunity to close. This role is ideal for someone who loves spreadsheets, enjoys solving puzzles, has exceptional attention to detail, and is excited by the world of advertising and sales. What You'll Do * Build and organize client proposals (RFP responses) using Excel and Google Sheets * Research podcast inventory, audience data, and campaign opportunities * Analyze pricing, impressions, and campaign performance metrics * Create polished proposal materials for prospective advertisers * Maintain accurate sales records and databases * Coordinate with sales, operations, and publisher partners to gather campaign information * Review proposals for accuracy and completeness before submission * Support the sales team with reporting, scheduling, and follow-up activities What We're Looking For * Strong Google Sheets skills * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy * Logical thinker who enjoys working with data and solving problems * Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously * Strong English written and verbal communication skills with * Sales-minded and curious about marketing, advertising, and business development * Ability to learn quickly and work independently * Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed Bonus Points * Experience with media, advertising, podcasting, or digital marketing * Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce * Experience creating reports, proposals, or client-facing presentations * Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers Why You'll Love Working Here * Work with some of the most exciting podcasts and creators in the industry * Learn the ins and outs of media sales and advertising strategy * Join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team * Opportunity for growth into sales, account management, or media planning roles * Flexible and supportive work environment
