Sales Automation Expert

We are looking for an experienced automation and CRM specialist to help us quickly streamline and integrate our outbound sales and marketing processes. This is a short-term project focused on connecting and optimising our existing systems rather than building anything from scratch. Current Stack HubSpot LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo We want to: Reduce manual admin work Improve outbound prospecting workflows Automate follow-up and outreach activity Improve CRM data quality Create scalable lead generation processes Be trained on how to use the setup effectively (training to two people). Scope of Work 1. System Integrations Connect ZoomInfo with HubSpot Connect LinkedIn Sales Navigator with HubSpot Configure LinkedIn automation tools where appropriate Ensure data flows correctly between systems 2. Workflow & Automation Setup Create and optimise HubSpot workflows and sequences Set up automated outreach and follow-up processes Configure lead routing and engagement tracking Build ICP-based prospecting workflows Set up weekly prospecting/reporting processes 3. Outreach Automation Implement outbound email sequences Configure automated follow-up actions Set up engagement tracking (opens, clicks, replies etc.) Ensure workflows stop or redirect based on prospect engagement 4. Team Enablement & Training Deliver simple training sessions for a team of 2 people Provide SOPs / walkthrough documentation Explain best practices and ongoing management We are looking for someone who has: Strong HubSpot automation experience Experience integrating ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience with LinkedIn automation tools CRM workflow and sales process expertise Good communication and training skills Ability to work quickly and pragmatically If you're interested in supporting this, please confirm:- Relevant HubSpot automation projects you’ve completed Examples of integrations/workflows you’ve built Your experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo Your availability over the next 2–4 weeks Your preferred hourly or fixed project rate
