Sales - Base + Commission For Digital Marketing Agency!

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Digital Marketing Telemarketer to join our commission-only sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cold calling businesses from a data list and promoting our digital marketing services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for building relationships, and a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies. You will be working under the guidance of an experienced Sales Manager who will support you in reaching your sales targets. Responsibilities: - Cold call businesses from a provided data list to promote our digital marketing services. - Clearly explain the benefits of our digital marketing services, addressing potential clients' needs and pain points. - Maintain a strong knowledge of our digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. - Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, earning commission for each successful sale. - Accurately record all sales activities in the CRM system, including call notes, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates. - Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions with the Sales Manager to enhance your skills and performance. Required Skills: - Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is highly desirable. - Basic understanding of digital marketing services and strategies. - Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. - Results-driven, with a strong commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a commission-only environment. - Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
