This infrastructure is why prospects choose us over generic agencies, and it makes this offer genuinely easy to sell. We are scaling paid acquisition and expanding rapidly. We run paid ads that book qualified sales calls directly onto your calendar. Your job is to close them. On top of that, if you can hunt, you can bring your own deals and earn double the commission. THE ROLE - Take pre-booked 45-minute sales calls with warm, qualified leads (founders of 6-7 figure e-commerce brands who applied through our funnel). We pay for the ads, we book the calls, we brief you before each one. - Walk them through a prepared audit of their email program (we build this for you before every call) - Present the service, handle objections, close - Own the 72-hour follow-up window after each call: short recap video, fast replies, signed contract - Optional: source your own leads for double commission (details below) No cold calling required. No prospecting required. Company leads are booked and briefed for you. AVAILABILITY: READ THIS BEFORE APPLYING We spend real money on advertising to fill your calendar. When a lead books, you take the call. Some days that is 5 calls, some days it is 1. You do not pick which appointments to work: if you need time off, we require 3 days advance notice so we can adjust ad spend or reroute bookings. If you are looking for a role that bends around another job or your own schedule, this is not it. We are looking for someone who treats this calendar like it is their business, because their income scales with it. COMPENSATION (all paid through Upwork) - $25-$50 per worked appointment on company-booked calls, depending on experience. One worked appointment = the 45-minute call plus the 72-hour follow-up window (recap video, replies, contract chase). Paid regardless of outcome. - 10% commission on first cash collected from every company lead you close, paid as a contract bonus. A typical close pays $450-700+ on top of your appointment rate, and larger clients pay more. - BRING YOUR OWN DEALS: source and close your own client and the commission doubles to 20% of first cash collected. Self-sourced leads must be registered and approved before outreach, and are commission-only (no per-appointment fee). Hunters do very well here. - Commission is uncapped. As our ad spend scales, your calendar and your upside scale with it. Strong performance leads to a full-time senior closer seat. NON-NEGOTIABLE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT You must have sold digital marketing services before: email/SMS retainers, agency services, SEO/PPC, or closely related (SaaS in the marketing stack counts). You need to speak the language of open rates, flows, deliverability, and ROAS without a cheat sheet, because your buyers do. If your closing background is real estate, solar, insurance, or timeshares, this is not the seat. ALSO REQUIRED - Fluent, natural English with zero friction on video calls - Reliable internet, quiet environment, professional on camera HOW TO APPLY (both required, or your proposal will not be reviewed) 1. In your proposal, name the specific digital marketing offer you closed, the price point, and your close rate. Starts with a paid trial of 10 appointments through Upwork. If the numbers are there, this becomes a long-term seat with growing volume.
