About Us We're one of the fastest-growing horseback riding schools in Texas, generating 300+ inbound leads every month through our marketing. Every lead has already expressed interest in learning to ride. Your job is to connect with them, understand what they're looking for, help them see the value of taking the next step, and get them scheduled for an introductory lesson within 48 hours whenever possible. This is not an order-taking role. We're looking for someone who knows how to lead a sales conversation with confidence, empathy, and professionalism. What You'll Do Respond quickly to inbound leads. Conduct discovery calls using our proven sales framework. Identify each prospect's goals, motivations, and obstacles. Build trust and strong rapport. Help prospects understand how our program can address their needs. Confidently ask for the appointment and guide them toward scheduling within 48 hours. Handle objections professionally and ethically. Follow up with prospects who haven't booked yet. Keep detailed notes inside our CRM. Consistently follow our sales process while communicating naturally. This Role Is For You If... You don't simply answer questions—you lead conversations. You enjoy uncovering what truly matters to people, helping them make confident decisions, and asking for commitment at the right time. You're comfortable discussing concerns about time, cost, confidence, or fear of getting started, and you know how to help prospects work through those concerns without being pushy. Requirements We're looking for someone who has experience with: B2C sales Phone sales Objection handling Discovery-based selling Building rapport quickly Following a structured sales process CRM software Consistent follow-up You should be able to: Ask excellent questions. Listen more than you talk. Build urgency without pressure. Guide conversations naturally. Stay organized and coachable. Perform well in a metrics-driven environment. Key Performance Indicators You'll be measured on: Speed to lead Contact rate Appointment booking rate Booking within 48 hours Show rate CRM accuracy Follow-up consistency Overall conversion performance What We're Looking For We're looking for a salesperson—not someone who simply reads a script.
