Sales Closer – Surplus Funds Recovery

Fairhaven Funds Recovery is seeking an experienced B2C sales closer to speak with individuals who may be entitled to surplus funds following property foreclosure. This is a high-trust sales role. The ideal candidate is an authentic, empathetic, and confident communicator who can quickly establish trust and credibility, build rapport with skeptical prospects, and guide conversations toward a successful close without relying on high-pressure sales tactics. Experience in surplus funds recovery, overages, asset recovery, foreclosure, real estate, or other high-trust financial services is strongly preferred. Proven experience closing B2C clients by phone is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking with qualified leads, explaining the recovery opportunity and process, addressing questions and objections, establishing trust, and converting qualified prospects into signed clients. We are looking for someone who is persistent, emotionally intelligent, comfortable discussing sensitive social and financial circumstances, and skilled at making people feel heard and confident in their decision.
