Sales Closer for Design & Development Subscription — Inbound Calls (US Time Zone, South America)

We're looking for a sharp, consultative sales closer to handle inbound strategy calls for our design and development subscription service. About Us: We're a branding, web design, and development studio with 10+ years in business and 200+ projects delivered. We recently launched a flat-fee design and development subscription that gives companies a dedicated creative team for $3,900/month. Pause or cancel anytime. The Role: You're not cold calling. These are warm, inbound leads who downloaded our free guide, engaged with our ads, or booked a call through our website. They already know who we are. Your job is to understand their needs, walk them through the subscription, handle objections, and close. What You'll Do: - Take 3–8 inbound strategy calls per week via Calendly/Zoom - Walk prospects through the 5Four Unlimited subscription model using our sales deck - Understand each prospect's creative needs and position the subscription as the solution - Handle common objections (pricing, commitment, scope, comparison to agencies/freelancers) - Close deals on the call or follow up within 24–48 hours to convert - Log all call activity and outcomes in ClickUp - Provide weekly reports on calls taken, conversion rate, and revenue closed - Collaborate with the team on messaging refinements based on what you hear on calls What You're NOT Doing: - Cold calling or cold outreach - Lead generation or prospecting - Marketing or ad management - Account management post-sale Who You Are: - 2+ years of experience closing B2B service or SaaS deals on calls - Comfortable selling a $3,900/month recurring service - Consultative selling style — you listen first, pitch second - Excellent spoken English (calls are with US-based business owners and marketing managers) - Located in South America and available during US Eastern business hours (9 AM – 6 PM EST) - Comfortable with Zoom, Calendly, ClickUp, and basic CRM tools - Self-motivated — you don't need to be managed, you need to be pointed at warm leads Bonus Points: - Experience selling creative services, marketing services, or design/dev - Familiarity with the design subscription model (DesignJoy, Superside, etc.) - Experience with Stripe or payment link closing workflows - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Compensation: - Base: $15-25/hr depending on experience - Commission: $200–400 per closed subscriber (negotiable based on performance) - Expected earnings: $2,000–4,000/month at 10–20 hrs/week with strong close rates - Potential to move to full-time as subscriber volume grows To Apply: Please include: 1.
