Sales Coordinator — Ghana-Based | Directory, Hospitality, Pharma and Advisory Services Summary We are recruiting a Ghana-based Sales Coordinator to manage lead qualification, outreach, pipeline coordination, and closing across a portfolio of service lines: Yellow Pages Ghana (business directory and advertising), Kumahor Lodge (hospitality and accommodation), pharmaceutical and healthcare sales, and consulting and advisory services. This role is ideal for someone who is structured, confident on the phone, and comfortable working inside a disciplined operating system with clear targets and accountability. You will support the Managing Partner by identifying qualified prospects, conducting structured outreach, booking meetings, and closing sales directly across whichever service lines match your background and strengths. This role starts at 10 hours per week and can scale to 25+ hours per week as pipeline volume increases. Working Hours (Non-Negotiable) Initial commitment: 10 hours per week, worked between 8:00am–4:00pm UTC. As hours increase: up to 25+ hours per week. At least 50% of total weekly hours must fall between 8:00am–4:00pm UTC. We operate in a structured, real-time environment — availability during core hours matters. Key Responsibilities Lead research and qualification: identify and research potential prospects across assigned service lines. Confirm decision-makers and contact details. Assess fit against defined criteria. Outreach and closing: conduct structured calls to warm and cold leads. Follow up via phone and email. Book qualified meetings and close sales directly — advertising packages, directory listings, lodge bookings, pharmaceutical introductions, or advisory mandates depending on your assigned pipeline. Pipeline coordination: maintain accurate records inside Asana. Update outreach status consistently. Track time accurately against assigned tasks. Flag stalled leads or risks early. Follow a defined outreach sequence without improvising the process. Required Experience and Skills You must have all of the following: Ghana-based and able to work reliably during UTC business hours. Proven experience in sales, outbound calling, or business development. Comfortable making structured outbound calls and closing. Strong spoken and written English. Experience working inside a task-management system (Asana preferred). Comfortable with time tracking, activity reporting, and working against measurable targets. Nice to Have Experience in any of the following sectors: business directory or advertising sales, hospitality or accommodation sales, pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, consulting or professional services. Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Familiarity with the Ghana or West Africa business landscape.
