Our solutions empower service-based businesses to streamline operations, convert leads, and improve client retention. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to schedule qualified demos for our SaaS platform. This role is ideal for a high-energy communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at engaging prospects through outbound and inbound outreach. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and SMS. Qualify leads and schedule product demos for the sales team. Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and marketing-generated leads. Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and secure appointments. Maintain accurate records in the CRM. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets. Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled demos to reduce no-shows. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies. Track performance metrics and provide feedback to leadership. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in appointment setting, sales, or customer service. Experience working with SaaS, technology, or marketing services is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable handling objections and engaging decision-makers. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Close.io, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Experience with sales engagement tools and automation platforms. Knowledge of LinkedIn prospecting and email outreach. Experience using Calendly or similar scheduling tools. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of calls and messages per day Qualified meetings scheduled Show-up rate for demos Lead-to-appointment conversion rate Pipeline contribution Commission compensation Option vs hourly - Rock Stars Only Full Time Position Competitive performance-based commission. $5 commission when they watch the AI demo sent out by email. $25 commission for qualified demos attended. $50 commission for each sale. Example: 10 attended per week and 30% closing ratio would be a minimum of $400 dollars per week plus AI demo views which adds another $100 per 20 views. An easy $500 per week if you're a shark and looking for a full-time position. Flexible remote work environment. Opportunities for career growth into SDR or Account Executive roles.
