Sales Development Rep – Bark.com Lead Generation (Remote, Part-Time) About the Role We're an accounting firm using Bark.com to find small businesses actively searching for an accountant. We need someone to manage our 5 Bark accounts daily: purchase the right leads and run email follow-up to book discovery calls. Templates provided. The goal is booked calls. You'll earn a $10 USD bonus for every discovery call you successfully book, on top of your base pay. What You'll Do Log into 5 Bark.com accounts, Monday–Friday Identify and purchase leads that are companies, not individuals Send the first outreach email same day, using our template Follow up at least 3 times per lead via email, using our templates Track leads and follow-up status in a simple spreadsheet Flag interested leads immediately What We're Looking For SDR / lead gen / outbound sales admin experience Comfortable with Bark.com or similar platforms, or a fast learner Sharp attention to detail on the company-vs-individual filter Reliable, self-managed, no close supervision needed Good written English Hours Monday–Friday, ~30 minutes/day Ongoing part-time contract
