About us Brilo is a no-code platform for launching human-like AI phone agents. Businesses use Brilo to handle inbound and outbound calls at scale — answering questions, booking appointments, qualifying leads, and following up. The role We're hiring a part-time SDR to drive the top of our funnel: researching prospects, running outbound outreach, and booking qualified demos for our team. This is a fixed hourly role — you're paid for consistent, high-quality activity, not just closed deals — which makes it a great fit if you're dependable, organized, and good on the phone and over email. What you'll do Build and work targeted prospect lists in our core verticals (dental/healthcare, e-commerce, real estate, restaurants, financial services) Run outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to book discovery calls Qualify inbound leads and schedule demos Keep the CRM clean and log all activity Hit weekly activity and meeting-booked targets What we're looking for 4+ years of SDR/outbound or appointment-setting experience, ideally B2B SaaS Strong spoken and written English; comfortable on the phone Organized, consistent, and able to work during USA business hours (must overlap with US time zones) Reliable internet, headset, and quiet calling environment Bonus: familiarity with CRMs and outbound tools To apply Tell us about your outbound experience, the tools you've used, your typical daily call/email volume, and your availability (hours and time zone).
