We're a growing HVAC company established in 1992 and based in South Florida looking for a reliable, professional, and fluent in English. Sales Development / Customer Service Representative to join our team full-time. You'll be the first voice our customers hear — so professionalism, warmth, and clear communication are everything in this role. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - Answering inbound calls from residential and commercial HVAC customers - Making outbound calls to follow up on online leads and convert them into booked appointments - Scheduling and managing appointments in ServiceTitan (training provided) - Serving English-speaking customers fluently - Spanish-speaking is a plus - Accurately entering customer information and job details into our system - Coordinating with field technicians and dispatchers as needed - Following up on missed calls and web form submissions promptly - Being available on a rotating basis for after-hours and weekend call coverage as business needs require - Taking on additional SDR/CSR duties as the role grows REQUIREMENTS - Fluent in both English — spoken and written (this is non-negotiable) - Clear, professional phone presence — neutral or light accent in English - 1–2 years minimum experience in a SDR, CSR, call center, or customer-facing role - Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST with flexibility for rotating after-hours and weekend shifts as needed — advance notice will always be given - Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home workspace - Noise-canceling headset required - Backup power or internet solution strongly preferred - Self-motivated and dependable — comfortable working independently NICE TO HAVE - Prior experience working with a US-based home services or HVAC company - Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms - Experience converting leads into booked appointments ABOUT THIS ROLE - Hours: Full-time (~40 hrs/week) - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST with rotating after-hours and weekend availability as needed (advance notice provided) - Rate: $8.00–$10.00/hr with bonuses. - Contract: Full-time based with bonuses - Location: Remote TO APPLY — PLEASE INCLUDE 1.
