Sales Development Representative – AI Platform / Private Equity

We’re building something that changes how private equity firms run diligence, and we need a closer to help us grow it. The platform turns a data room into a fully analyzed, source-backed deal intelligence system in under a minute. Our buyers are PE associates, VPs, and partners at financial sponsors and M&A advisory firms. They’re sophisticated, they move fast, and they don’t have patience for a bad pitch. Neither do we. This is a base + commission role. The base keeps the lights on. Commission is how you actually get paid. What you’ll own: • Outbound prospecting into PE firms, financial sponsors, and M&A shops worldwide • Inbound lead follow-up — fast, professional, no leads left sitting • Full qualification process — you determine fit before anything goes to close • Initial discovery calls — you run them, you own the handoff • CRM hygiene — pipeline is clean, activity is logged, nothing falls through What we’re looking for: • Someone who can credibly engage senior financial buyers — you either know this world or you learn it immediately • Hungry. Self-directed. Doesn’t need a script to get a meeting • Writes outreach that actually gets read — specific, sharp, no boilerplate • Comfortable operating across time zones with a global book of business • Background in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or financial services is a real plus If you want to sell something genuinely different to buyers who will actually appreciate it — apply.
