This role is ideal for someone with frist experience in Sales Development (SDR), consultative sales, high ticket coaching, enrollment, CRM pipeline management, lead qualification, and customer journey management within the coaching industry, particularly relationship coaching or other transformational coaching businesses. About Us We're an established online coaching company helping women break unhealthy relationship patterns, stop spiraling, reclaim their confidence, and either reconnect from a place of emotional security or create an even better relationship. Over the past several years, we've developed a proven coaching methodology, AI powered support, a thriving client community, structured coaching programs, and a client experience designed to create lasting transformation. Today, we're entering our next stage of growth. Rather than simply adding more people, we're intentionally building specialised departments, improving our systems, and creating a world class customer journey from the first Instagram message through to long term client success. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, become an important part of our Sales & Growth department, and help shape how thousands of women move through our customer journey over the coming years. Relevant Experience We're less interested in job titles and more interested in the type of conversations you've successfully led. Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable: High ticket coaching sales Enrollment or admissions Client Success or Customer Success Online coaching, education or consulting businesses Relationship, mindset, health or women's coaching Psychology, counselling or behavioural sciences (only if you're comfortable leading conversations, making recommendations and helping people make decisions rather than only providing emotional support) Bonus points if you've worked inside an online coaching business with webinars, CRM pipelines and high ticket programs. Skills High Emotional Intelligence You can communicate with women who are emotionally overwhelmed while remaining calm, compassionate and objective. You know how to build trust, ask thoughtful questions and make people feel heard without becoming their therapist. You understand the emotions behind what people are saying, while staying focused on helping them move forward. Strong Written Communication Most of your conversations will happen in writing. You can write naturally, professionally and conversationally while adapting your communication style to the person you're speaking with. You know how to ask good questions, summarize what you've heard and guide conversations toward the next appropriate step. You are also comfortable jumping on the phone when needed to qualify a prospect. Commercial Thinking You naturally think in terms of customer journeys rather than isolated conversations. You instinctively ask yourself: Where is this woman in her customer journey? How emotionally ready is she? Is she qualified for our programs? What is the best next step for her? You understand that great sales isn't about being pushy. It's about helping the right women make the right decision at the right time. You know how to move conversations forward without pressure while keeping the commercial objective in mind. Judgement You don't treat every lead the same. You know when someone needs nurturing, when someone is ready for the next step and when someone isn't a fit. You use good judgement instead of blindly following scripts. Curiosity When you don't know something, you ask. You enjoy learning, seek feedback and continuously improve. You don't guess, avoid difficult questions or make assumptions. Pattern Recognition You naturally notice patterns. Over time, you begin recognising which conversations usually lead to successful clients, which women need more nurturing and which prospects are unlikely to move forward. You use those insights to improve your decision making and qualification. Hunter Mentality You take ownership. You proactively follow up. You reconnect with warm leads. You revisit previous conversations. You don't wait for opportunities to appear. You create momentum inside the pipeline and genuinely enjoy helping people take the next step. CRM & Pipeline Management You enjoy staying organized. You can confidently manage a CRM with thousands of active leads while keeping opportunities moving through the correct stages. You understand that a CRM isn't simply a database. It's a decision-making tool that helps you prioritise, qualify and move people through the customer journey. Success after 90 Days For the first 90 days, you will go through in-depth training and onboarding. By the end of your first three months, you will: Confidently manage our inbound lead pipeline. Own day-to-day conversations across Instagram, Facebook and our CRM. Independently qualify leads and recommend the appropriate next step. Consistently generate qualified webinar attendees and strategy sessions. Become a trusted revenue and growth specialist in our Sales & Growth department, contributing ideas to improve our customer journey. Employment 35 hours per week on a freelance basis Fully remote Long term position Flexible schedule with required overlap during key business hours for team collaboration and responding to prospects.
