Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, English-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound sales efforts. This role is focused on cold calling, lead generation, and booking qualified meetings with ecommerce brands, agencies, and marketplace sellers across the United States. We offer software solutions that help ecommerce brands improve email marketing, product reviews, deliverability, Walmart review syndication, and AI-powered campaign production. This is a performance-driven role for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with high daily activity, and motivated by earning strong bonuses. What You’ll Do - Make 80–120 outbound cold calls per day - Prospect ecommerce brands and agencies across the US - Follow up with leads via email and LinkedIn - Book qualified meetings for senior sales reps - Manage outreach and pipeline activity in CRM - Handle objections and create interest in our solutions - Keep detailed notes on every conversation - Work assigned lead lists and follow structured outreach sequences - Consistently hit monthly activity and meeting goals What We’re Looking For - 1+ years of experience in SDR, appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation - Strong spoken and written English - Excellent phone presence and confidence - Experience selling SaaS, marketing services, or ecommerce solutions preferred - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment - Highly coachable, competitive, and goal-driven - Reliable internet and professional remote setup - Experience using CRM tools is a plus Bonus Points If You Have Experience With - Shopify - Klaviyo - Ecommerce brands - Digital agencies - Walmart Marketplace sellers Compensation Monthly base pay (based on experience) Performance bonuses for: Meetings booked Meetings held Additional bonuses on closed deals Top performers can significantly increase earnings.
