# SDR & CEO Growth Associate ## Location Remote ## About Srotas Health Srotas Health is an AI-powered clinical trial operations platform helping research sites, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies accelerate patient recruitment, site feasibility, and patient engagement through AI agents and healthcare-specific Large Language Models (LLMs). We are a fast-growing UK-based healthtech startup working with research sites, CROs, and pharmaceutical companies across the UK and US. As we continue scaling our commercial activities and fundraising efforts, we are looking for a highly motivated SDR & CEO Growth Associate to work directly with the founders. ## About the Role This role combines outbound sales development, market research, founder support, and business development operations. You will help generate conversations with potential customers, investors, and strategic partners by researching prospects, creating personalised outreach campaigns, managing follow-ups, and supporting conference engagement activities. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team and gain exposure to startup growth, fundraising, healthcare innovation, and AI. This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, researching companies, building outreach campaigns, and creating opportunities for the founders. --- ## Key Responsibilities ### Outbound Sales Development * Research and identify decision-makers across: * Clinical Research Sites * CROs (Contract Research Organisations) * Pharmaceutical Companies * Biotech Companies * Healthcare Providers * Build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, conference attendee lists, and other tools. * Write personalised email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. * Run multi-touch outbound sequences. * Follow up consistently with prospects. * Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for founders. * Track performance metrics including response rates, meetings booked, and pipeline generated. ### Investor Outreach * Identify venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and healthtech investors. * Research recent investments and investment theses. * Create personalised investor outreach campaigns. * Maintain fundraising pipeline and follow-up schedules. * Support preparation of investor meetings and materials. ### Conference & Event Prospecting * Identify high-value industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. * Research attendees before events. * Create target contact lists and meeting schedules. * Coordinate outreach before conferences to secure meetings. * Manage post-event follow-up campaigns. * Track all conference-generated opportunities in HubSpot. ### CEO Support * Assist with managing follow-up actions from customer and investor meetings. * Prepare briefing notes on prospects and companies. * Conduct market research and competitor analysis. * Support CRM management and pipeline reporting. * Coordinate key commercial activities and priorities. --- ## Ideal Candidate ### Required * 1–3 years experience in SDR, Business Development, Lead Generation, Sales Support, Recruitment, Executive Support, or Growth Operations. * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong LinkedIn research capabilities. * Experience with outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns. * Comfortable speaking with senior executives and decision-makers. * Strong attention to detail. * Highly organised and self-motivated. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ### Preferred * Experience using HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Sales Navigator, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar outbound tools. * Experience working in startups. * Experience supporting founders or senior leadership teams. * Familiarity with healthcare, clinical research, biotech, SaaS, or AI industries. * Understanding of B2B sales processes. --- ## Success Metrics * Qualified meetings booked per month. * Response and conversion rates from outreach campaigns. * Growth of customer and investor pipeline. * Conference meetings secured. * CRM accuracy and follow-up completion. * Contribution to revenue-generating opportunities. --- ## Why Join Srotas Health? * Work directly with startup founders. * Gain exposure to fundraising, healthcare, AI, and commercial strategy. * Be part of a fast-growing company solving major challenges in clinical research. * Opportunity to grow into senior business development, partnerships, or growth leadership roles as the company scales.
