Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Lead Gen (UK Timezone) – Free Marketing Plan Offer

We are CheaperClicks.net, a brand-new, ambitious marketing agency with a very specific niche: We help roofing, remodeling, and trades businesses in the North of England (Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds) get more consistent jobs without relying on word of mouth. Because we are a new agency, this is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor. We are building our outbound sales engine from scratch, and you will have a direct impact on our early success. The Offer You Will Be Pitching: We have a highly converting, "no-brainer" offer. We give relevant trades businesses a completely free, custom 12-month marketing roadmap. There is no fluff and no agency buzzwords – just a step-by-step plan for their business. Your primary job is to reach out to these specific businesses and get them to say "yes" to this free plan! Your Responsibilities: Targeted Outreach: Identify and contact trades businesses in Manchester, Liverpool, and Leeds via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to offer the free marketing plan. Communication & Support: Manage the inbox, respond promptly to inquiries, and answer inbound phone calls from both prospects and existing customers. You must be available to do this during standard UK business hours (GMT/BST). Meetings: Conduct short online video meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) to walk prospects through their free plan and answer questions in clear, plain English. Follow-up: Help convert interested prospects into paying clients and maintain ongoing relationships to keep them happy. Strict Requirements: Fluent English (Native or near-native level): This is absolutely non-negotiable. You will be speaking daily with trades business owners in the UK. Timezone: You must be available to work, answer emails, and take phone calls during standard business hours in the UK timezone (GMT/BST). Experience: Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or account management is highly preferred. Must be very comfortable on the phone and on camera. Hardware & Internet: You must have a reliable computer (PC or Mac) with a functioning webcam and headset, plus a stable high-speed internet connection (min. 10 Mbps) capable of handling online meetings without interruptions. Trial Period & Future Compensation: This engagement starts with a paid trial period running through June 30th. During the Trial: You will be paid your fixed hourly or project rate. There is no commission during the trial period. After the Trial: If you perform well, we will discuss an ongoing contract. This may transition into a full-time role (40 hours/week) or remain part-time depending on performance and business needs. If we continue, your compensation will be a Base Salary + a fixed $100 commission for the first month of every new paying client you help convert.
