We need a reliable automation engine that researches and enriches 200 church records per day, pulls publicly available staff emails and the latest sermon data (from the church website, pushes everything into our software via API, and funnels the enriched data into Instantly.ai for outbound campaigns. The copy is written. The software is built. The API works. We need someone to build the sales engine that connects it all and runs reliably without babysitting. Scope of Work Build an automated daily pipeline that: Pulls a list of 200 target churches per day from a defined source Extracts publicly available staff email addresses from each church website Locates the latest sermon on the church website or via the YouTube Data API Pushes the church data, contacts, and sermon info into our software via our existing API Receives the response payload and feeds it into the correct Instantly.ai campaign Runs Monday through Thursday on schedule, with logging and error handling Build Path We have OpenClaw and n8n. I'm not picky on what we build on, but know we will hold you accountable to whatever you choose. What makes this hard is the perfect mix of automation and AI that keeps our cost per church extremely low. At 200 churches a day, costs can balloon fast if you're not careful.
