Sales Executive - Performance Incentive Platform (SaaS) 📍 Office-Based, Dubai (UAE) | Full-Time 🏢 Subsidiary of SupportRoom About the Role PraiseLoop is a Performance Incentive Platform that connects employee recognition directly to verified business outcomes. Built on a KPI-to-reward engine that integrates with existing CRM and performance systems, PraiseLoop turns incentive spend into measurable workforce intelligence - giving CHROs and CFOs clear visibility into the link between engagement activity and business performance. We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Executive to build pipelines and close enterprise deals across the GCC. This is a ground-floor opportunity where you will work directly with founders, leverage access to 80+ enterprise accounts, and help shape the go-to-market strategy from the earliest stage. This is a high outbound role (~40% outbound emphasis minimum). You will not rely solely on inbound - you will be expected to build and drive your own pipeline. What You’ll Do Own outbound prospecting into CHRO and CFO stakeholders across mid-market and enterprise accounts in the GCC Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close Deliver compelling product demos that connect workforce incentives to measurable business outcomes (CFO metrics + CHRO priorities) Build and maintain a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot with accurate forecasting and activity tracking Collaborate closely with leadership on ICP definition, messaging, and go-to-market execution Feed market insights back into product and positioning based on live customer conversations Leverage founder-led access for senior stakeholder engagement where needed What We’re Looking For Must have: 1-2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience Exposure to HR tech, workforce platforms, or adjacent SaaS categories Familiarity with performance management, incentive compensation, or people analytics platforms Experience selling into GCC markets and enterprise stakeholders Strong understanding of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and outbound tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Aircall, Surfe, or similar) Fluent English (written and spoken) Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with evolving structure Nice to have: Arabic language skills Experience selling to both HR and Finance buyers within the same deal cycle Understanding of regional workforce frameworks (e.g. Saudization / Emiratisation dynamics) What We Offer Opportunity to join an early-stage venture inside a growing group Direct access to founders and strategic decision-making Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure Exposure to 80+ existing enterprise relationships within the ecosystem
